Add geometry layered readback tests

Add geometry layered readback tests for following image types:
 * 1d_array (color and depth/stencil)
 * 2d_array (color and depth/stencil)
 * cube (color and depth/stencil)
 * cube_array (color and depth/stencil)
 * 3d (color only)

Add tests:
 * dEQP-VK.geometry.layered.*.readback
