Copy sample CA certificate from cloud directory

Copy sample CA certificate from cloud directory

This patch copies rootca.crt directly from cloud/certificate directory
to security sample directory so certificates are in sync
when cloud certificates are updated

Patch #1: Initial upload
Patch #2: Old rootca deleted
