core: More formats to TimeSeekRange parsing

So far the TimeSeekRange.dlna.org parsing has been supported
for time ranges in the format '0.00-417.33' and
'00:00:01.0-10:19:25.7'. In DLNA (guideline 7.4.40.3) the
time range can also be in the format '0.00-00:01:21.3',
or '00:01:21.3'. This commit adds support for those.
