packaging: added a comment how to build with gbs for rpi3

Added a comment how to build with gbs for rpi3.
If there is no comment for this, it's difficult to know how to make
u-boot image with gbs system.
(There is dependent on arm-trusted-firmware-rpi3 repository.)
