ARM: tizen_bcm2709_defconfig: Disable FB_BCM2708

There is a crash between bcm2708_fb and drm_fb driver during kernel
booting, and logo image is broken. Disable CONFIG_FB_BCM2708 because
it uses the default fb and vc4-drm driver.
