* sysdeps/mips/bsd-_setjmp.S (_setjmp): Reorder instructions to
avoid problems on MIPS I.
* sysdeps/mips/bsd-setjmp.S (setjmp): Likewise.

* sysdeps/mips/dl-machine.h (RTLD_START): Remove duplicate ".set
noreorder".
