hdmitx: eliminate the work of sdr effect when choosing hdr [1/1]

PD#SWPL-4079

Problem:
hdr->sdr must have 1.5s delay, when switching from sdr->hdr
the work queue can't be eliminated in time.

Solution:
eliminate the work of sdr effect when choosing hdr
