* frame.c (GET_SAVED_REGISTER): Delete macro definition.
(default_get_saved_register): Delete function.
* gdbarch.sh (GET_SAVED_REGISTER): Set default to
generic_unwind_get_saved_register.
* gdbarch.h, gdbarch.c: Re-generate.
