Merge branch '289-renderpass-formats' into 'vulkan-cts-1.0'

Round quad coordinates in dEQP-VK.renderpass.formats.* to pixel edges.

Round the (-0.5,-0.5) - (0.5,0.5) quad coordinates to pixel edges, to fix #289.
