[Hotfix] Remove the segmentation fault while MOT.

Segmentation fault was occured by https://gerrit.iotivity.org/gerrit/#/c/13299/

In this patch,
MOT device discovery will use the pCandidateList
to handle discovered device according to patch 13229.
