Allowed device extensions list is missing entry

Allowed device extensions list is missing entry

VK_KHR_create_renderpass2 is missing from the list of allowed
extensions in dEQP-VK.api.info.device.extensions test.
This causes the test to fail if the extension is exposed
in the driver.
