t-slibgcc-darwin: Don't put shared libraries in directories other than $(slibdir).

* config/t-slibgcc-darwin: Don't put shared libraries in
directories other than $(slibdir).
* config/rs6000/darwin.h: Find -m64 libgcc under the name the
OS uses for it.
