EDITOR: Removed a function for validating .spec file

Specfile editor uses "rpmlint" tool for validation .spec file. "rpmlint" tool actually is a rpm package and is not supported on ubuntu(debian).
So just now, validating function can not be supported on the tizen platform ide.
