Introduce test setup helpers.
        * lib/gdb.exp (build_executable, clean_restart)
        (prepare_for_testing): New.
        * gdb.base/break.exp: Use prepare_for_testing, and clean_restart.
        * gdb.base/return.exp: Likewise.
        * gdb.base/ending-run.exp: Likewise.
