	* nss/nss_files/files-XXX.c: Include <netdb.h> to define
	NETDB_INTERNAL.

	* Makerules (elfobjdir): Definition removed.
	* Makeconfig (elfobjdir): Define it here instead, so that
	expanding $(rpath-link) gets the right value.

	* misc/a.out.h: Moved to...
	* sysdeps/generic/a.out.h: ...here.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/a.out.h: New file.  Wrapper around
	kernel header.
