drm: dw-hdmi: Fix compilation breakage by selecting REGMAP_MMIO

The dw-hdmi driver switched to regmap-mmio, but lacks the dependency in
Kconfig. This can result in compilation breakages. Fix it by selecting
REGMAP_MMIO.
