Decrease 3D image size in image atomic op tests

A slight decrease in image size does not affect the nature of the test
and allows the maximum used image dimensions to fall below the
maxImageDimension3D limit.

Affected tests:
dEQP-VK.image.atomic_operations.*.3d.*
