ARM64: tizen_bcmrpi3_defconfig: enable the RPI touchscreen LCD

Enable following configurations for the official RPI touchscreen LCD.
+ TOUCHSCREEN_RPI_FT5406
+ I2C_GPIO
+ DRM_PANEL_RASPBERRYPI_TOUCHSCREEN
+ BACKLIGHT_RPI
