Compilation flags 'verbose' mode

[Issue#]       SSDWSSP-496
[Bug/Feature]  N/A
[Cause]        Potential bug - CMAKE_VERBOSE_MAKEFILE is not turned ON in
packaging spec file, so the default value is used.
[Solution]     Turn ON the flag explicitly.
[Verification] Build, verify that compile flags passed to gcc are visible
using different build types (in gbs: --define "build_type ...").
