tests: remove directory, tests/test/

* configure.ac (AC_CONFIG_FILES): Remove tests/test/Makefile.
* tests/Makefile.am (SUBDIRS): Remove test.
* tests/misc/test: Many new tests, from...
* tests/test/Test.pm: ...here.  Remove file.
