- following behaviour for setPartitions
  - if they are not set, they are detected
  - if they are set, that value is used.
  - if value set or detected is empty, all disk usage
    information is read. Otherwise just values in those
    mount points.
    Should work for installation as long as detectPartitions
    is empty at installation. (#293039)
