RISCV: configs: tizen_bpif3: Enable AUTOFS_FS configuration

Enable CONFIG_AUTOFS_FS configuration.
Tizen requires to enable AUTOFS_FS. If it's not enable,
"Failed to find modue 'autofs4'" message is showing from systemd.
