drm/amd/display: 3.2.142

DC version 3.2.142 brings improvements in multiple areas. In summary, we
highlight:

- Freesync improvements
- Remove unnecessary assert
- Firmware release 0.0.72
- Improve the EDID manipulation and DML calculations
