* config/arm/arm.md (UNSPEC_RBIT): New constant.
(rbitsi2): New insn.
(ctzsi2): New expand.
* config/arm/arm.h (CTZ_DEFINED_VALUE_AT_ZERO): New macro.

testsuite/
* gcc.target/arm/ctz.c: New test case.
