[Ada] Fix proof of runtime unit a-strfix and a-strsup

Update to provers caused some proof regressions.  Fix the proof by
adding an assertion.

gcc/ada/

* libgnat/a-strfix.adb: Add assertions.
* libgnat/a-strsup.adb: Idem.
