ARM: configs: tizen_bcm2711_defconfig: Enable Crypto extension configs

Enable Crypto exntension configs.
- CONFIG_CRYPTO_SHA1_ARM_NEON
- CONFIG_CRYPTO_SHA2_ARM_CE

After enabled these configs, verity is used from "sha256-generic" to
"sha256-neon".
