* Makefile.in (TARFILES, NONSRC, SFILES_STAND, SFILES_KGDB):
Remove; unused.
(TAGFILES_NO_SRCDIR): Remove ALLPARAM.
(HFILES_NO_SRCDIR): Remove all files in config sub-directory.
(TAGS): Also pass result of find on config sub-directory to etags.
(ALLPARAM): Remove; now unused.
