Remove debugs from vktSpvAsmGraphicsShaderTestUtil.cpp

Remove debug messages represented by two SPIR-V instructions:
 * OpName
 * OpMemberName

Affects:
 * dEQP-VK.spirv_assembly.instruction.graphics.module.*
