thread_it.pl: Tweak stack sizes

The stack size appropriate to HP-UX is too small for some systems,
where the default is fine.  (See <20130816182909.GA14081@iabyn.com>.)
On Mac OS X, the size appropriate to HP-UX is too small, as is the
default.
