Fix: assuming writes to CCC will always contain 2 bytes.

This change is because of the following
upstream patch.

Commit ID - e60a6b7d9d0fa55fda5cd0457f6c763078949d87

In order to sync the Tizen code with the upstream
this patch is necessary.
