* mpw-make.in: Use {s} instead of {srcdir} everywhere.
(bindir, libdir): Remove extra colon.
(source.c): Compile with C instead of gC.
(c-exp.tab.c, ch-exp.tab.c, m2-exp.tab.c): Add {o}.
(install-only): Don't install MacGDB.
* source.c (openp) [MPW]: Add a debugging display.
(open_source_file) [MPW]: Use MPW basename finders.
[MPW_C]: Briefer versions of help for line and list commands.
