dts: the memory of the reserved 1MB was recovered. [1/1]

Problem:
h265 & vp9 4K playback abnormal because HEVC FRONT &
VPU READ2 pollute the phy address of near 0x0.

Solution:
it's only a temporary modification, the real reason
needs to take more time fixed.
