(cpu_type, sparc_cpu_type): Rename to arch_type and sparc_arch_type.

(cpu_type, sparc_cpu_type): Rename to arch_type and
sparc_arch_type.
(CPP_SPEC): Handle -msupersparc.
(MASK_SUPERSPARC, TARGET_SUPERSPARC): New macros.
(TARGET_SWITCHES): Add -msupersparc and -mcypress.
(ADJUST_COST): New macro.
