Revert "arm64: dts: VIM3/VIM3L: Set extcon state for dwc2_a cable as always true"

Since adding a standalone Tizen-specific kernel extcon-usb-fixed module,
which reports USB cable as always connected, the extcon hack/workaround
is no longer needed.

This reverts commit 5e41a2a8d7760d7ee4f387153d06af7a1de3c5fa.
