testsuite: [arm/mve] Fix mve_move_gpr_to_gpr.c

This test can pass with a hard-float toolchain, provided we don't
force -mfloat-abi=softfp.

This patch removes this useless option, as well as -save-temps which
is implied by arm_v8_1m_mve_fp.
