ARM: dts: bcm2711-rpi-4-b: add a brcmf wifi node

Add brcmf wifi node to use a below property.
- brcm,featuer-disable

"0x2000" is a bit to disable "sup_wpa" feature.
Tizen doesn't need to use this feature. So disable it by default.
