When the scroller is holded and scrolled, it can be jump.

When the scroller is holded and scrolled, it can be jump.
The squence is hold push -> mouse down -> mouse move -> hold pop -> mouse move continuously.
After upper sequence, the scroller will jump. So I fixed this issue.
