fixup! [M47_2526] Chromium upversion to m47_2526 branch

libffmpegsumo.so is no longer generated from chromium.

Note for chromium changes:
- gyp target 'ffmpegsumo' is renamed to 'ffmpeg' and statically linking
the ffmpeg library [1]
- gyp flag |build_ffmpegsumo| removed [2]
