* emultempl/sunos.em: Include libiberty.h.
(gld${EMULATION_NAME}_set_symbols): New static function to add
LD_LIBRARY_PATH to the list of search directories.
(ld_${EMULATION_NAME}_emulation): Add new set_symbols routine.
