[neurun] Rename classes in model::operand (#5062)

Rename all classes in `model::operand` Many changes are included in this
commit to avoid conflicts many times.

- `operand::Object` -> `Operand`
- `operand::Info` -> `OperandInfo`
- `operand::Data` -> `Data`
- `operand::DataType` -> `DataType`
- `operand::TypeInfo` -> `TypeInfo`
- `operand::Shape` -> `Shape`
- `operand::Index` -> `OperandIndex`
- `operand::IO::Index` -> `IOIndex`
- `operand::IndexMap` -> `OperandIndexMap`
- `operand::IndexSequence` -> `OperandIndexSequence`
