memory: tl1 compatible with 1G and 2G memory [3/4]

PD#SWPL-6343

Problem:
Compatible 1G and 2G platform in one suite code

Solution:
Kernel add 1G and 2G config for TL1

Verify:
test pass on TL1-X301
