dts: add w411 dts for buildroot [1/1]

PD#SH-224

Problem:
buildroot no w411 dts

Solution:
1.add w411 dts
2.w411 dts copy form w400_buildtoot dts, and do some memory cost down,
  and also sdio port has some different with w400 board

Verify:
w411 board test pass
