hdmitx: disable encryption hdcp1.4 fail [1/1]

PD#SWPL-2302

Problem:
Play online video,half an hour later, the TV shows
a pink screen and the sound is normal.

Solution:
Check hdcp1.4 status and disable encryption when fail.
