gallium-intel: Create a i965_dri.so symlink

This is only used for debuging the gem backend on i965
chipset using the softpipe pipe driver.

Usage: "export INTEL_SOFTPIPE=y" and point LIBGL_DRIVERS_PATH
to "$MESA/lib/gallium" where $MESA is the mesa root.
