RISCV: configs: tizen_bpif3: Enable AUDIT and dependent options

For tizen security, CONFIG_AUDIT, CONFIG_AUDIT_GENERIC, and
CONFIG_AUDITSYSCALL options are required. Enable those AUDIT
config options.
