* mem-break.c (LITTLE_BREAKPOINT, BIG_BREAKPOINT): Define as
BREAKPOINT if mono-endian.
(break_insn): Deleted.
(big_break_insn, little_break_insn): Define.
(memory_insert_breakpoint): Handle bi-endian cpus.
(BREAKPOINT_LEN): Define.
(memory_remove_breakpoint): Use it.
(memory_breakpoint_size): Likewise.
