Remove Makefile KandRtest target (that supported K&R C compiler)

* Makefile.direct (test): Execute setjmp_test, gctest directly (instead
of depending on KandRtest).
* Makefile.direct (KandRtest): Remove (with the comment about K&R C
compiler).
