Now adding the mmintrin.h intrinsic headers. The DG tests will follow.

* config.gcc (powerpc*-*-*): Add mmintrin.h.
* config/rs6000/mmintrin.h: New file.
* config/rs6000/x86intrin.h [__ALTIVEC__]: Include mmintrin.h.
