ARM: defconfig: odroid: Replace legacy composite gadget with ConfigFS gadget

To replace the legacy composite USB gadget which provides SDB, MTP,
and RNDIS into the generic gadget, this enables ConfigFS/FunctionFS
features for USB gadget.
