dm: inherit QUEUE_FLAG_SG_GAPS flags from underlying queues

A DM device must inherit the QUEUE_FLAG_SG_GAPS flags from its
underlying block devices' request queues.

This fixes problems when submitting cloned requests to multipathed
devices requiring virtually contiguous buffers.
